Cooling capacity

Cooling capacity of an air conditioning unit, expressed in BTU, Watts or kW. Determines the surface area and volume it can cool effectively. Insufficient power leaves the room warm; excessive power wastes energy unnecessarily. Should be adapted to the room's size and insulation.
