14-day withdrawal right
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or incur any penalty.
How do I exercise my withdrawal right?
1. Inform us of your decision via:
- Email to contact@temp-ra.fr (withdrawal form template below)
- The contact form in your customer account
2. Return the product in its original packaging, together with all its accessories
3. Enclose a copy of the invoice or return slip

Return costs
Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product (see warranties).
Refund
We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order. No refund fees will be charged to you.
Legal exclusions
In accordance with article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to measure or personalised
- Hygiene products opened after delivery
- Perishable products
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
Independently of withdrawal, all our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) for 2 years. In case of a defect, replacement or refund is free of charge.
